Ruling on one who owes an expiation but is unable to fast

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
A man is suffering from diabetes, and he owes an expiation of fasting two months—the expiation for accidental killing—but he is unable to fast because of his illness. What is required of him?
If he is unable to fast, he owes nothing; because the expiation for killing contains only freeing a slave or fasting two consecutive months,As in Surat al-Nisa:
And whoever does not find [one or cannot afford to buy one] - then [instead], a fast for two months consecutively, [seeking] acceptance of repentance from Allah. And Allah is ever Knowing and Wise.
[Surat al-Nisa: 92] and it does not include feeding people. If he is able to fast, he fasts; otherwise, it is dropped from him.
