Ruling on the Hajj of a woman whose husband has died while she is in the period of mourning

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Honorable Shaykh! A woman’s husband has died, and the obligatory Hajj has come upon her while she is in mourning. She is able to perform it, has the means, and has a mahram (a relative one may not marry). Should she perform Hajj or not?
She should not perform Hajj; rather, she should remain in her house.

I mean: If her husband dies and the time for Hajj arrives while she is in the waiting period—in the period of mourning—then she should remain, and in this case, Hajj is not obligatory upon her;because of the saying of Allah the Exalted:
And [due] to Allah from the people is a pilgrimage to the House - for whoever is able to find thereto a wayوَلِلَّهِ عَلَى النَّاسِ حِجُّ الْبَيْتِ مَنْ اسْتَطَاعَ إِلَيْهِ سَبِيلاً
[Al-Imran: 97] And this woman is not able to do so according to the Shari'ah.

The questioner: And what if she has a mahram with her, O Shaykh? The Shaykh: Yes.
It is postponed to the second or third year.
