Exegesis of His saying, the Exalted: (Have you seen the one who forbids)

Allah, Blessed and Exalted, said:
Have you seen the one who forbids a servant when he prays? Have you seen if he is on the right path or orders piety? Does he not know that Allah sees?
[Al-Alaq: 9-14] All of this is a threat; a threat to this man who used to forbid the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) from praying, until he threatened and said: saying, "I will crush his neck when he prostrates," but Allah the Exalted refused that. He intended to do it, but he turned on his heels and saw great terrors that stood between him and the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him and his family).
