Exegesis of His saying, the Exalted: (Indeed, they are plotting a plot)

Then Allah the Exalted said:
Indeed, they are planning a plan,
[Al-Tariq: 15] (INDEED, THEY) meaning: the disbelievers who denied the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) (ARE PLOTTING A PLOT) meaning: they are plotting a great plot against the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) and those who followed him.
And look at what they used to do to the believers while they were in Makkah, of torture, reprimand, and expulsion.
The Muslims emigrated twice to Abyssinia, then they emigrated to al-Madinah, all of that to flee with their religion from these denying criminals, who harmed them with every kind of plot. The greatest of what they did to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was during the Hijrah, when their leaders and nobles gathered to consult about what to do with Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him).
So whenever they mentioned an opinion, they rejected it,And they said: saying, "This is not suitable," until Satan—according to what the historians mentioned—gave them a suggestion, coming in the form of a man,And he said to them: saying, "I see that you should choose ten young men from different tribes, and give each of them a sharp sword so that they kill Muhammad with the killing of one man. If they do that, his blood will be dispersed among the tribes, so Banu Hashim will not be able to take revenge from all the tribes, and they will be forced to accept the blood money. This is what they want." So they agreed on this opinion and approved this matter.
And indeed, the ten young men sat waiting for the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) to come out so they could kill him, but the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) came out of the door while they were sitting and they did not see him.

And the historians mentioned that he used to sprinkle dust on their heads to humiliate them and recite the saying of Allah (Blessed and Exalted is He):
And We have put before them a barrier and behind them a barrier and covered them, so they do not see.
[Ya-Sin: 9] .
Do not be surprised how the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) came out from among them and they did not see him. Do not be surprised by this. Here is Quraysh when the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) hid in the cave—when he left Makkah intending to go to al-Madinah—he hid in the cave for three days to make the search for him less intense; because Quraysh began searching for him and offered a reward of one hundred camels to whoever brought news of him, and two hundred camels to whoever brought him along with Abu Bakr, and this is a large reward.
So they stood at the cave where the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and Abu Bakr were—and everyone knows that if someone is in an open cave, he will be seen— but they did not see the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) nor Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him), who said: "O Messenger of Allah! If one of them looked at his foot, he would see us,So he said: do not grieve, for Allah is with us. What do you think of two, when Allah is the third of them?" So Abu Bakr was reassured.
These people who stood at the cave did not have any deficiency in hearing, nor any deficiency in sight, nor any deficiency in intelligence; but Allah blinded their eyes from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and his companion. So do not be surprised if the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) came out from among these ten young men—as the historians said—And he used to sprinkle dust on their heads and say:
And We have put before them a barrier and behind them a barrier and covered them, so they do not see.
[Ya-Sin: 9] .

Here, the Mighty and Majestic says in Surat al-Tariq:
(15) Indeed, they are planning a plan, (16) But I am planning a plan.
[Al-Tariq: 15-16] And read the saying of Allah the Exalted in Surat al-Anfal:
And [remember, O Muhammad], when those who disbelieved plotted against you to restrain youوَإِذْ يَمْكُرُ بِكَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا لِيُثْبِتُوكَ
[Al-Anfal: 30] meaning: to imprison you
or kill you or evict you [from Makkah]. But they plan, and Allah plans. And Allah is the best of planners.
[Al-Anfal: 30] .
