The ruling on one who stays in Makkah for a valid excuse after the farewell tawaf

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Your honorable father, the Shaykh! A man says: I performed Hajj this year, if Allah wills, but I stoned the pillars on Thursday, the twelfth of Dhu al-Hijjah, after the midday prayer. Then I went to Makkah and performed the farewell tawaf, finishing at approximately five o'clock before sunset. Then I went to my residence in al-Aziziyah, and my intention was to collect my belongings and travel directly to Jeddah, because I have a relative there with whom I would spend several days. However, due to my health condition that afflicted me on the Day of 'Arafah, I was unable to do so, so I postponed my departure until the morning. I slept in my residence and woke up in the morning, traveling from Makkah to Jeddah at approximately nine o'clock in the morning. Please advise us: do I owe an expiation? Because the farewell tawaf is no longer valid? The Shaykh: Is he from Jeddah, or where is he from? Does he reside in Jeddah? The Shaykh: He is from al-Qassim.

The Shaykh: It is obligatory for him to return from Jeddah and perform tawaf, or to perform tawaf before he travels. What I see is that he should slaughter an expiation in Makkah to be distributed to the poor, as a precaution.
