The Ruling on Using Jinn and Summoning Them for Secret Works

There is an act performed by some young people and those of young age, where four people come to a place where the name of Allah is not mentioned, and they sit one of the students among them, or he is sleeping while they are standing, and then they say words the text of which is: “In the washing place they washed him, in the cemetery they put him in, and from the cemetery they took him out, O Allah, O devils.” Then they cover his face and they all carry him, and he rises high with lightness. If one of them speaks words containing the remembrance of Allah, the carried person falls. This method is done in some schools during the break or in dark places. What is your opinion of this act? And what is your guidance for those who do it?
My opinion is that this is a great evil; because they are calling upon the devils. It is obligatory that this be reported to the one in authority, or to the Ministry of Interior, or to a higher authority, so that these people are disciplined. It is necessary to report the matter; just verify the issue and take evidence so that they do not deny it; because these people are calling upon the devils with a clear call, and they lead to danger and death.
