Does the one who breaks his fast for a day in Ramadan lose the reward of fasting the rest of the month?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Does the one who breaks his fast for a day in Ramadan lose the reward of fasting the rest? It seems the question is about breaking the fast intentionally?

The Shaykh : Breaking the fast, how?

The questioner : Intentionally?

The Shaykh : Intentionally. The answer is based on two things. The first is the saying of Allah the Exalted:
(7) So whoever does an atom's weight of good will see it, (8) And whoever does an atom's weight of evil will see it. فمن يعمل مثقال ذرة خيرا يره و من يعمل مثقال ذرة شرا يره
[Az-Zalzalah 99:7-8]
The second is that we have no evidence that the one who breaks his fast for a day in Ramadan and fasts the rest of the days of Ramadan, that this fasting is not accepted by the Lord of all creation. We have no evidence for this. And if no such evidence is found, then I rely at that time on
(7) So whoever does an atom's weight of good will see it, (8) And whoever does an atom's weight of evil will see it. فمن يعمل مثقال ذرة خيرا يره و من يعمل مثقال ذرة شرا يره
[Az-Zalzalah 99:7-8]
So he will be rewarded with a good reward for his fasting and punished with a bad punishment for breaking his fast for that day, unless Allah forgives him. This falls under the generality of the will of Allah mentioned in His saying:
Indeed, Allah does not forgive association with Him, but He forgives what is less than that for whom He wills إن الله لا يغفر أن يشرك به و يغفر ما دون ذلك لمن يشاء
[An-Nisa 4:48]
This is if he intendedThe questioner : That he broke his fast for a day in Ramadan intentionally and deliberately, and this breaking of the fast for a day in Ramadan is mentioned in a hadith on the tops of the minbars on such an occasion.
