(Explanation of the evidence for the obligation of the ruling and that tawaf is a pillar of Hajj and 'Umrah) And our camels were harnessed to it from the far and near of the earth, the distant as well as the near, whoever does not visit the House of the Lord

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh :"And our camels were harnessed to it from the far and near of the earth, the distant as well as the near" Allah the Exalted said:
And proclaim to the people the Hajj [pilgrimage]; they will come to you on foot and on every lean camel; they will come from every distant pass - وأذن في الناس بالحج يأتوك رجالا وعلى كل ضامر يأتين من كل فج عميق
[Al-Hajj 22:27]
People come to this House from the far and near of the earth
"Whoever does not visit the House of the Lord, he has no share in his Hajj, neither a share nor a portion"
This means that whoever does not perform tawaf around the House has no Hajj, because tawaf around the House is a pillar of the pillars of Hajj, and it is the tawaf of visitation. Allah the Exalted said:
Then let them end their untidiness and fulfill their vows and perform Tawaf around the ancient House." ثم ليقضوا تفثهم وليوفوا نذورهم وليطوفوا بالبيت العتيق
[Al-Hajj 22:29]
So whoever performs Hajj and does not visit the House and perform tawaf around it, he has no Hajj, even if he stands at 'Arafah and Muzdalifah and stons the pillars, he has no Hajj. For this reason he said:
"Whoever does not visit the House of the Lord, he has no share in his Hajj, neither a share nor a portion".
