Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : May Allah reward you with good. This is a woman asking: she says, what does a woman do if she killed someone by mistake regarding the fasting of two consecutive months while her menses continue with her?

The Shaykh : This does not harm her. For example, a woman is obligated to fast two consecutive months, whether due to killing or due to intercourse during the day in Ramadan while she is fasting and not traveling. She fasts two consecutive months. If her menses come, she breaks her fast. If she becomes pure, she continues from where she left off and completes sixty days. It does not harm her if the consecutiveness is broken by menses or post-natal bleeding, for example, and likewise by travel. The same applies to a man if his consecutiveness is broken by travel or by illness. Yes.
