The Shaykh : Yes, it is permissible for him to perform Hajj on her behalf if he has already performed Hajj for himself. This is based on what is established in the two Sahihs from the hadith of Ibn Abbas, in which a woman came to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) and said: "O Messenger of Allah! My father has reached the age where the obligation of Allah upon His servants in Hajj has overtaken him; he is an old man who cannot stay on the mount. Should I perform Hajj on his behalf?" He said:.
And he heard a man saying: "Labbaik on behalf of Shubrumah." So he said: He said: "He is my brother or a relative of mine." So the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: He said: "No." He said: Sunan Abi Dawud 1811Sahih (Al-Albani).
