Is it permissible to send blessings upon the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) during the prayer when the imam recites the words of Allah the Exalted?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : He would miss the Friday prayer and the sermon, so 'Umar said:
Narrated 'Ali bin Abi Talib (RA): Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said: "If one of you comes to Salat (prayer) and the Imam is at a certain position, he must do as the Imam is doing." [Reported by at-Tirmidhi with a weak chain of narrators]. والوضوء أيضاً وقد قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم : إذا أتى أحدكم الجمعة فليغتسل
Bulugh al-Maram 2:335
When any one of you comes for Friday (prayer) he should take a bath. إذا أتى أحدكم الجمعة فليغتسل
Sunan Abi Dawud 340Sahih (Al-Albani)
He rebuked him in the presence of the people and cited as evidence for his rebuke that the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
When any one of you comes for Friday (prayer) he should take a bath. إذا أتى أحدكم الجمعة فليغتسل
Sunan Abi Dawud 340Sahih (Al-Albani)
Therefore, this is a report I am sharing with you: Ghusl on Friday is obligatory for every person who has reached puberty. Yes.

The questioner : May Allah reward you with good. The questioner says: If the imam recites this verse.

The Shaykh : Until when did the time end? How long were we sitting after the prayer?
The student: Nine

The Shaykh : Until nine, by Allah.
The student: If you wish to lengthen it, there is no harm.

The Shaykh : Will your testimony be accepted when you are the party in the dispute?

The questioner : He says:The questioner : In the words of Allah the Exalted:
Indeed, Allah confers blessing upon the Prophet, and His angels [ask Him to do so] إن الله وملائكته يصلون على النبي
[Al-Ahzab 33:56]
If the imam recites this verse, should one send blessings upon the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him)?

The Shaykh : If it is possible to send blessings upon the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) without being distracted from listening to the imam's recitation, there is no harm. But if it distracts him from listening to the imam's recitation or causes disturbance to those around him, he should not do it. Yes.
