What is the method of treating a man who is unable to have intercourse with his wife, when it has been said to him that his treatment is difficult?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
A man has been married for twenty years. For the past year, he has been unable to have intercourse with his wife. The man is in Jordan. Naturally, there are writings by some people of evil that prevent the man from his wife. He consulted other people in order to cancel these writings or these barriers that were established when he consulted those people. They said: "Your case is difficult." So, is there a way or something from the Book and the Sunnah? May Allah reward you with good.

The Shaykh : It is as if you are asking about a man who is prevented from his wife and cannot have intercourse with her, and whether there is a cure. The answer: Yes, there is a cure: seeking refuge in Allah from the accursed Shaytan and from the evil of His creation, and reciting the Mu'awwidhat. Yes, seeking refuge in Allah the Exalted from the evil of Shaytan and the evil of His creation, reciting the two Mu'awwidhat
Say, "I seek refuge in the Lord of daybreak قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ الْفَلَقِ
[Al-Falaq 113:1]
and
Say, "I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind, قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ النَّاسِ
[An-Nas 114:1]
, and reciting the saying of Allah the Exalted:
What you have brought is [only] magic. Indeed, Allah will expose its worthlessness. Indeed, Allah does not amend the work of corrupters. مَا جِئْتُمْ بِهِ السِّحْرُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ سَيُبْطِلُهُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لا يُصْلِحُ عَمَلَ الْمُفْسِدِينَ
[Yunus 10:81]
. Yes, this is in Surat Yunus, Yunus. And also the supplications reported from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), such as:
I take refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of what He created أعوذ بكلمات الله التامات من شر ما خلق
Sunan Abi Dawud 3898Sahih (Al-Albani)
and the ruqyah for the sick, such as
Our Lord is Allah Who is in the heaven, holy is Thy name ربنا الله الذي في السماء تقدس اسمك
Sunan Abi Dawud 3892Da'if (Al-Albani)
to the end of the hadith.
So let him treat himself with these supplications and these verses with sincerity. He should recite them and have them recited over him, and Allah, Glorified and Exalted is He, answers the supplication. Yes, here at... Ah, yes.
