(The trustworthy one is Jibril and the chosen one is Muhammad, and both are conveyors of the word of Allah) The trustworthy one heard His word from Him and conveyed it to the chosen one from among humans, so he has the delivery just as the delivery to His Messenger, and the speech is the speech of Allah, the Possessor of authority

The Shaykh :"The trustworthy one heard His word from Him"
The trustworthy one is Jibril (peace be upon him); Allah entrusted him with His revelation and made him the envoy between Himself and His messengers
"The trustworthy one heard His word from Him and conveyed it to the chosen one from among humans"
And he is Muhammad (may Allah's blessings and peace be upon him)
"So he has the delivery just as the delivery to His Messenger, and the speech is the speech of Allah, the Possessor of authority"
He, meaning Jibril the Trustworthy, has the delivery; he delivers it to whom? To Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him), just as the delivery to His Messenger; he delivers it to whom? To the Ummah; he delivers it to the Ummah. And the speech is the speech of Allah, the Possessor of authority. So here there are three: Allah (Mighty and Majestic), the Qur'an is His speech from which it originated; Jibril is the conveyor to the Messenger Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him); Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) is the conveyor to the Ummah. For this reason, Allah attributed the Qur'an to Jibril and to Muhammad, saying:
(40) [That] indeed, the Qur'an is the word of a noble Messenger. (41) And it is not the word of a poet إنه لقول رسولٍ كريم وما هو بقول شاعر
[Al-Haqqah 69:40-41]
Who is meant by the Messenger here? Muhammad, because He said:
And it is not the word of a poet وما هو بقول شاعر
[Al-Haqqah 69:41]
And He the Exalted said:
(19) [That] indeed, the Qur'an is a word [conveyed by] a noble messenger (20) [Who is] possessed of power and with the Owner of the Throne, secure [in position], إنه لقولُ رسول كريم ذي قوة عند ذي العرش مكين
[At-Takwir 81:19-20]
This is Jibril, and it is impossible for the speech to be from two speakers. So the attribution of the speech to them is an attribution of delivery and conveyance, whereas the original source that said it originally and initiated it is Allah (Mighty and Majestic).
And if any one of the polytheists seeks your protection, then grant him protection so that he may hear the words of Allah وإن أحدٌ من المشركين استجارك فأجره حتى يسمع َكلام الله
[At-Tawbah 9:6]
Good.
"So he has the delivery just as the delivery to His Messenger, and the speech is the speech of Allah, the Possessor of authority".
