Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh :"Do these two become equal in your view? ***"
To whom does the reference point? To the one who denies the divine attributes and the polytheist.
"*** By Allah, they are not equal in the view of any person
And the polytheists are lighter"
This is the difference, when he said: "*** By Allah, they are not equal"
He clarified the difference, saying:
"And the polytheists are lighter in their disbelief *** And both of them" meaning: the polytheist and the one who denies the divine attributes, "are from the followers of Satan
Indeed, the one who denies the divine attributes stands in enmity *** in the mold of purifying al-Rahman"

The one who denies the divine attributes is deceptive, because he says: I say: this is purifying Allah from being likened to the created beings.
