Was the Qur'an revealed in its entirety only in the month of Ramadan, or was it revealed in Ramadan and in other months?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : May Allah reward you. A questioner asks and says: Was the Qur'an revealed only in the month of Ramadan, meaning in its entirety, or was it revealed in Ramadan and in other months?

The Shaykh : It is well known that the Qur'an was revealed to the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) over twenty-three years, from when he reached the age of forty until he passed away. It was revealed either at night or by day, in Madinah or while traveling, or in Makkah, according to the wisdom of Allah (Mighty and Majestic). However, Allah (Mighty and Majestic) began its revelation to Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) on the Night of Decree, as He the Exalted said:
Indeed, We sent the Qur'an down during the Night of Decree. إنا أنزلناه في ليلة القدر
[Al-Qadr 97:1]
And He said:
Indeed, We sent it down during a blessed night إنا أنزلناه في ليلة مباركة
[Ad-Dukhan 44:3]
Yes.
