Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : May the Shaykh be respected, regarding a woman who performed Hajj. I am saying, a woman who performed Hajj, O Shaykh.

The Shaykh : Yes

The questioner : She did not stone the pillars, and she was able to do so, except that she had a child who was two months old.

The Shaykh : And she did not feel safe leaving him. I am saying, she did not feel safe leaving him?

The questioner : She had no one with her except her mahram, and a second woman.

The Shaykh : Yes, but she did not feel safe leaving the child with the second woman and going to stone the pillars.

The questioner : Because they are a group, they are stoning together, God knows best, I no longer know.

The Shaykh : In any case, if she left it off out of fear for her son or due to inability, and she delegated it, there is no harm. Do you understand?

The questioner : Yes

The Shaykh : This is it.

The questioner : Fine, and if she wishes, she slaughters.

The Shaykh : If she wishes, she slaughters a sacrificial animal in Makkah as a fidyah, to be distributed to the poor. May Allah reward her with good. If it was obligatory upon her, she has performed the obligation; and if it was not obligatory, it is voluntary.
And whoever volunteers good - then indeed, Allah is appreciative and Knowing. ومن تطوع خيرا فإن الله شاكر عليم
[Al-Baqarah 2:158]
The time has ended, my brother. After the adhan, there is only prayer, and praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds. And may Allah send blessings and peace upon our Prophet Muhammad, and upon his family and his Companions, and those who follow them in excellence until the Day of Resurrection.
