Did the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) offer the sacrificial animals in the Farewell Pilgrimage for himself and his wives?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
May Allah preserve you, O esteemed Shaykh. Did the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) offer one hundred camels on the Day of Sacrifice in the Farewell Pilgrimage? Were these one hundred exclusively for him, or for him and his wives?

The Shaykh : The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) offered one hundred she-camels in the Farewell Pilgrimage. He slaughtered sixty-three of them with his own hand, and he gave the rest to 'Ali ibn Abi Talib to slaughter and distribute the meat. He ordered that a piece be taken from each camel, which was placed in a pot and cooked. He ate from its meat and drank from its broth, in fulfillment of the saying of Allah the Exalted:
So eat from it فَكُلُوا مِنْهَا
This was for himself only, except that he included 'Ali ibn Abi Talib in the sacrificial offering, as mentioned in *Sahih Muslim* in the hadith of Jabir. As for his wives, he offered cattle on their behalf, yes, after him.
