Is it permissible to delay the farewell tawaf until after the month of Dhu al-Hijjah?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question: I performed Hajj this year and I will delay my return until after Dhu al-Hijjah. Does this long stay after Hajj affect the farewell tawaf? May Allah reward you with good.

Answer: This duration does not affect it; because the farewell tawaf is prescribed when the pilgrim intends to leave Makkah; due to the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) — addressing the pilgrims in the Farewell Pilgrimage:
None of you should depart until his last visit is to the Houseلا ينفرن أحد منكم حتى يكون آخر عهده بالبيت
It was narrated by Muslim in his Sahih. And due to the saying of Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him and his father): "The people — meaning the pilgrims — were ordered to make their last visit to the House, except that it was made easier for the menstruating woman." It is agreed upon by al-Bukhari and Muslim. From this hadith, it is known that the menstruating woman does not have to perform the farewell tawaf, and likewise the woman with post-natal bleeding, and success is from Allah.
