What is the ruling on reciting the words of the iqamah individually?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Shaykh, may Allah reward you. Some of the young men recite the words of the iqamah individually, even the takbir, except for "The prayer has begun," on the basis that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
The iqamah is two الإقامة اثنان
?

The Shaykh : Yes, this is a point of disagreement among the scholars. The hadith of Anas:
Bilal was ordered to make the phrases of the Adhan even, and the phrases of the Iqamah odd. أُمر بلال أن يشفع الأذان ويوتر الإقامة
Jami` at-Tirmidhi 193Sahih (Darussalam)
Some scholars used it as evidence that there is no repetition in the iqamah except for: "The prayer has begun", and the matter is broad in this regard.
However, a person should not contradict the people of his land in matters where there is no explicit text regarding the contradiction. But some people are afflicted with a bad disease, and its title is: "Contradict so you are remembered". You find that he does not care about contradicting the people of the land, even if the issue is one of ijtihad. And what I see is that in matters of ijtihad, a person should not contradict the people of his land. And with this, this session ends. I see that it is in the public interest that we do not hold this session except after the exams, because it may occupy the students. If you see that, we will do it; if you see otherwise, we will continue.

The questioner : We will continue.

The Shaykh : Huh?

The questioner : We will continue.

The Shaykh : How?

The questioner : One o'clock?

The Shaykh : No, it is not one o'clock. The lesson starts at eleven o'clock.

The questioner : He says the lesson is one hour.

The Shaykh : The important thing is, do you see that we should continue or not? Yes or no?

The questioner : Yes.

The Shaykh : Yes, good, if Allah wills. Fine.
