What is the ruling on one who performs Hajj as a Qiran pilgrim, and after the Sa'y and Tawaf, he shortens his hair and continues in his Ihram?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Peace be upon you, and Allah's mercy and blessings.

The Shaykh : And upon you peace and the mercy of Allah

The questioner : O Shaykh, what is your opinion of a man who performed Hajj with the intention of Qiran, and when he performed the arrival Tawaf and the Sa'y, he shortened his hair and remained in his Ihram until he completed his 'Umrah or his Hajj?

The Shaykh : There is nothing on him. This man who entered Ihram for Qiran, then performed Tawaf and Sa'y, and saw people shortening their hair, so he shortened his hair without the intention of exiting the state of Ihram, and continued in his Ihram, there is nothing on him. Because the utmost that happened from him is that he shortened his hair while ignorant, so he committed a prohibited act among the prohibitions of Ihram while ignorant. And the prohibitions of Ihram, if a person commits them while forgetting, or while ignorant, or while coerced, there is nothing on him.
