Benefits Related to the Trial of the Dajjal with Explanation

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : And in this hadith, which follows the hadith of Anas, there is evidence of the magnitude of the trial of the Dajjal. This is because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) informed us that there is no prophet who did not warn his people about the one-eyed liar. All the prophets, from Noah to Muhammad, warned their people about the one-eyed liar. This may seem difficult, and one might ask: The one-eyed liar is a sign of the Hour, so how did the first of the messengers warn about him when the Hour has not yet come? The answer is that this has several aspects. The first aspect is that it is said that the messengers warned about him because of the greatness of his danger, so they mentioned him even in the earliest scrolls and in the earliest messages, as Allah the Exalted said:
(36) Or has he not been informed of what was in the scriptures of Moses (37) And [of] Abraham, who fulfilled [his obligations] - (38) That no bearer of burdens will bear the burden of another (39) And that there is not for man except that [good] for which he strives أم لم ينبأ بما في صحف موسى وإبراهيم الذي وفى ألا تزر وازرة وزر أخرى وأن ليس للإنسان إلا ما سعى
[An-Najm 53:36-39]
(16) But you prefer the worldly life, (17) While the Hereafter is better and more enduring. (18) Indeed, this is in the former scriptures, (19) The scriptures of Abraham and Moses. بل تؤثرون الحياة الدنيا والآخرة خير وأبقى إن هذا لفي الصحف الأولى صحف إبراهيم وموسى
[Al-A'la 87:16-19]
So, because of the greatness of this man's danger, the messengers warned about him, even though he will not appear except in the last of times. This is one aspect. The second aspect is that it is possible that the messengers were not informed that he would appear in the last of times; rather, they were informed that a man with a great trial would appear, and it was not revealed to them that he would appear in the last of times. The third aspect, which is weak, is that the meaning is what resembles the trial of the callers to misguidance. However, this aspect is prevented by his saying:
but that he warned his nation of the one-eyed liar إلا أنذر قومه الأعور الكذاب
Sahih al-Bukhari 7408
In any case, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) warned us about this one-eyed Dajjal with a warning that no prophet before him gave, and he detailed it completely. It is written between his eyes: "Kafir" (disbeliever)
there is written between his eyes the word" Kafir" مكتوب بين عينيه كافر
Sahih Muslim 2933c
. In some narrations, the letters of "Kafir" are separated, meaning it is written as K, F, R. In some narrations, it is "Kafir." Both are possible, but the meaning is the same; the sign does not differ in reality. However, the believer reads these words, whether he is a writer or not, and the disbeliever and the hypocrite cannot read them, even if they are the most knowledgeable people in writing.
And We have put before them a barrier and behind them a barrier and covered them, so they do not see. وجعلنا من بين أيديهم سداً ومن خلفهم سداً فأغشيناهم فهم لا يبصرون
[Ya-Sin 36:9]
They do not know how to read it, and the believer reads it even if he is illiterate. This is among the signs of Allah (Mighty and Majestic). Are these physical signs or spiritual signs? Physical.
