The ruling for the pregnant and nursing woman is the same as the ruling for the traveler and the sick person

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question: Is it permissible for a pregnant woman and a nursing woman to break their fast in Ramadan? And do they have to make up the fasts? Please be kind enough to inform us of the summary of the hadiths on this topic. May Allah reward you with good.

Answer: As for the pregnant and nursing woman, it is established from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) in the hadith of Anas ibn Malik al-Ka'bi, recorded by Ahmad and the people of the Sunan with a sound chain, that he granted them a dispensation to break their fast and made them like the traveler. It is thereby known that they break their fast and make up the fasts, just like the traveler. The scholars have stated that they may not break their fast unless fasting is difficult for them, as with the sick person, or if they fear for their children. And Allah knows best.
