Ruling on the pilgrim going to his residence outside the sacred precinct before the tawaf and sa'y

Question: I live on the borders of the sacred precinct on the side of al-Tan'im. Is it permissible for me to go to my home before the tawaf and sa'y for Hajj? I ask you to be kind enough to answer. May Allah reward you.

Answer: If the pilgrim resides in the lower part of the permitted area, such as al-Shari'ah or similar places, there is no blame on him for going to his residence before the tawaf and sa'y.
