The ruling on one who forgets shaving or shortening the hair during 'Umrah

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question: What is the ruling on one who forgets shaving or shortening the hair during 'Umrah, then wears sewn clothing, and then remembers that he did not shorten or shave?

Answer: If one forgets shaving or shortening the hair during 'Umrah, performs tawaf and sa'y, and then puts on his clothes before shaving or shortening, he must take off his clothes when he remembers, shave or shorten the hair, and then put them back on. If he shortened or shaved while his clothes were on him, due to ignorance or forgetfulness, he owes nothing, and that suffices for him; there is no need to repeat the shortening or shaving. However, as soon as he becomes aware, it is obligatory for him to take off his clothes until he shaves or shortens the hair, while he is in the state of ihram.
