Is it permissible to curse a specific person because of the extent of his evil?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
So: Cursing a specific person is permissible if his evil is abundant?

Answer:
If his evil becomes severe, it is permissible to curse him, just as the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) cursed a group from Quraysh because of their evil. However, the well-known aspect of his (peace and blessings be upon him) actions and his Sunnah is cursing in a general sense: “May Allah curse the thief,” “May Allah curse the fornicator,” “May Allah curse the one who consumes riba,” “May Allah curse the one who drinks intoxicants,” and so on, based on the deeds.
