Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The reader: Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and may peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad, and upon his family and all his Companions:
He said -may Allah have mercy on him-: "The chapter on being gentle with orphans, daughters, and all the weak, the poor, and the downcast, and being kind to them, having compassion on them, being humble with them, and lowering one's wing to them:
Allah the Exalted said:
And lower your wing to the believers واخفض جناحك للمؤمنين
[Al-Hijr 15:88]
, and He said:
And keep yourself patient [by being] with those who call upon their Lord in the morning and the evening, seeking His countenance. And let not your eyes pass beyond them, desiring adornments of the worldly life واصبر نفسك مع الذين يدعون ربهم بالغداة والعشي يريدون وجهه ولا تعْدُ عيناك عنهم تريد زينة الحياة الدنيا
[Al-Kahf 18:28]
, and He said:
(9) So as for the orphan, do not oppress [him]. (10) And as for the petitioner, do not repel [him]. فأما اليتيم فلا تقهر وأما السائل فلا تنهر
[Ad-Duhaa 93:9-10]
, and He said:
(1) Have you seen the one who denies the Recompense? (2) For that is the one who drives away the orphan (3) And does not encourage the feeding of the poor. أرأيت الذي يكذب بالدين فذلك الذي يدع اليتيم ولا يحض على طعام المسكين
[Al-Ma'un 107:1-3]
