The Specificity of Not Marrying the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) Daughter

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
And he said: Because it happened during the time of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) that when 'Ali ibn Abi Talib (may Allah be pleased with him) wanted to marry over Lady Fatimah (may Allah be pleased with her), the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said to him:
Indeed, among the rights of the wife is khul'إن مِن حق الزوجة الخُلع
Is this correct, and what is khul'?

Answer:
It is not correct. Allah says:
then marry those that please you of [other] women, two or three or four. But if you fear that you will not be just, then [marry only] oneفَانْكِحُوا مَا طَابَ لَكُمْ مِنَ النِّسَاءِ مَثْنَى وَثُلَاثَ وَرُبَاعَ فَإِنْ خِفْتُمْ أَلَّا تَعْدِلُوا فَوَاحِدَةً..
[Surat al-Nisa: 3] As for the story of Fatimah; it is a specific story concerning Fatimah. When 'Ali wanted to marry the daughter of Abu Jahl, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to him:
My daughter and the daughter of Abu Jahl will not be together. Indeed, what bothers me also bothers her, and she is a piece of meما تجتمع بنتي وبنت أبي جهل، إنه يَرِيبُنِي مَا يُرِيبُهَا، وإنها بُضعة مني
This is a matter specific to Fatimah (may Allah be pleased with her). Otherwise, marriage is permissible with two, three, or four wives. The first wife has no right to object unless she had stipulated that he not marry over her, for Muslims are bound by their conditions. But if he wishes to marry and be just and fulfill the obligation, there is no harm in marrying two, three, or four.
