Benefits of the Hadith: (Cursed is the one who approaches a woman in her rear passage)

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : It is derived from this hadith that approaching a woman in her rear passage is one of the major sins, and for this reason, the curse was prescribed for it.
Among its benefits is also the warning against approaching a woman in her rear passage, because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) prescribed the curse for it as a warning to the community.
Among its benefits is the clarification of the great wisdom in prohibiting this act and classifying it as a major sin, because it results in harm and causes a benefit to be lost. The harm that occurs is that a man penetrates his wife in the place of pain and filth, for the rear passage is the place of pain and filth, so his penis becomes contaminated with this filth, stench, and foul smell. This causes the loss of a benefit, which is that the semen he releases in this place, if he had released it in the place Allah designated for it, would result in a child, whereas in this case, it is wasted. Therefore, the prohibition of penetrating a woman in her rear passage is in complete accordance with wisdom.
Now, regarding his statement: "It was narrated by Abu Dawud and al-Nasa'i, and the wording is his, and its narrators are trustworthy, but it is defective due to being mursal", the term mursal has two meanings among the scholars of hadith.
The first meaning is that the Companion is missing from the chain; that is, the mursal is the report in which the Companion is missing, meaning the one that a Successor raised to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him).
The second meaning is that the mursal is the one whose chain of narration is broken, meaning the one whose chain of narration is not connected in any way. This is how the scholars use the term mursal.
However, when they say mursal and munqati', it is established that mursal is the one in which the Companion is missing, meaning the one that a Successor or a Companion who did not hear from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) raised.
