Ruling on giving a gift exclusively to male children to the exclusion of female children

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q: My father has a very old house in an excellent location, and he wants to register this house in my brother's name. I am content with that, but I have sisters. I asked my father about their share, and he said, "It is none of your concern regarding them." I have sought their permission for this, but I fear that their consent and permission for it is out of shyness toward my father. Please inform us of the ruling of the Shari'ah in this matter?
A-M-B
A: It is obligatory for the father to be just between his children, male and female, according to the rules of inheritance. It is not permissible for him to give something to some of them to the exclusion of the rest, except with the consent of those who are deprived, provided they are of sound mind, and their consent is not out of fear of their father, but from a sincere heart, without any threat or fear of the father. Not preferring one over the other is better in every case and more pleasing to the hearts, due to the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
Be afraid of Allah, and be just to your children.اتقوا الله واعدلوا بين أولادكم
Sahih al-Bukhari 2587
It is agreed upon that it is authentic.
