If perfume spills on the ihram garments, then he takes them off and then puts them back on, is he required to remove the perfume?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Shaykh, according to the view that applying perfume to the ihram garments is disliked, if he perfumes them, then takes them off, and then wants to put them back on, is this forbidden?

The Shaykh : Yes, that is right. I mean, if he perfumes them and wears them, and then takes them off for some reason, he should not put them back on while the perfume is still on them; he must wash them.

The Shaykh : Shaykh, if sweat comes out on them and contains the perfume, is the ruling the same?

The Shaykh : Yes, this is what the jurists say: the ruling is the same. However, in this case, we might say that it is excused, because the perfume that got on them came from a perfume that was commanded to be used. It may be difficult for a person to guard against this; it may be difficult for him. And when something is difficult and there is no explicit text specifying its prohibition, leniency is granted in it.
