The ruling on one who performs the farewell tawaf without being in a state of ritual purity, having forgotten

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
The listener (A. A. al-Masri) from the Arab Republic of Egypt sent a message saying: I performed Hajj last year, and I performed the farewell tawaf while I was not in a state of ritual purity. I had forgotten the ablution and did not remember it until later, but I did not repeat the tawaf. Is there anything required of me in this? Is my Hajj valid or not? I ask for guidance. May Allah reward you with good.

Answer:
Yes, your Hajj is valid, but it is deficient due to the omission of the farewell tawaf. You must offer a sacrificial animal to be slaughtered in Makkah for the omission of the farewell tawaf, because it is one of the obligatory acts of Hajj. So, you should instruct some trustworthy people to slaughter a sheep in Makkah for the poor, to make up for your Hajj, in place of the farewell tawaf that you left.
If you are unable to do so, you should fast for ten days in your country in place of the sacrificial animal. As for the sacrificial animal, it must be in Makkah, but as for fasting, there is nothing wrong with doing it in your country. Yes.

The presenter : May Allah reward you with good.
