The ruling on one who breaks his fast for some days of Ramadan due to the hardship of work and the heat of the weather

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
After this, a message was sent by the listener Muhammad Ahmad Sayyid Ahmad, a Sudanese, who says: The month of Ramadan has arrived upon me, and I fasted twenty-two days of it, and I broke my fast for the remaining days, due to the heat of the weather and the hard work. So how do I make up what I missed? Please inform us, may Allah reward you.

Answer:
You must repent and seek forgiveness, and you must make up the fasts. Whether you make them up together or separately, the remaining days that you owe must be made up either consecutively or separately; there is no harm in that. As for work and the heat of the weather, they do not permit you to break your fast. You should rest and fast; you should rest from the work and fast. And praise be to Allah. Yes.

The presenter : May Allah bless you, may Allah reward you with good. Those who issue fatwas, O Shaykh, that hard work or the heat of the weather permits breaking the fast.

The Shaykh : It is not an excuse, no, it is not an excuse. All of these have a remedy. One sits in a place that he finds suitable and rests, and the rest of the time is made up for the remaining days. Praise be to Allah, it is not tied to the work. Yes, one rests from the work, or postpones it, or resigns, or does it at a specific time for a short duration that does not harm him. Yes.

The presenter : Yes, or does he move it to the night?

The Shaykh : Or he moves it to the night, that is all good, it is all good.

The presenter : May Allah bless you, may Allah reward you with good.
