How to perform ritual purity for one who cannot control what comes out of the two passages

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
Our brother asks another question and says: I was involved in a car accident, and I am now a wheelchair user who cannot move except by car. I do not have control over the two passages and cannot control them. How do you advise me regarding the ablution, or the dry ablution? May Allah reward you with good.

Answer:
You are like the one with incontinence and the woman with irregular bleeding. It is obligatory for you to perform the ablution for the time of every prayer. And praise be to Allah, when the time for prayer enters, you clean yourself, perform the ablution for prayer, and pray within the time until the next time comes, even if something comes out of you
So fear Allah as much as you are ableفَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُمْ
[al-Taghabun:16]. This is the case for every time: you clean yourself, perform the ablution, and pray according to your condition. You may read from the mushaf, and there is no blame on you for that, because you are excused. Yes.

The presenter : May Allah reward you with good.
