The ruling on a woman spending the night in the home of her sister’s husband

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
Our sister (M. S. A.) from Jordan asks: Is it permissible to sleep in my sister’s house if her husband is my maternal uncle’s son? I am in a room by myself with my sister’s young children. Is that permissible or not?

Answer:
There is no harm in that if there is no danger. However, if there is danger, such as if your sister’s husband is suspected of wrongdoing, or if you fear harm from him, then do not spend the night with them, and do not sit with them. But if the place is safe, there is no harm in spending the night in your sister’s house, in a room by yourself without seclusion, or with her children if there is a need for it. Yes.

The presenter : May Allah reward you with good, and may He do you good.
