The ruling on one who suckles from a woman who has no milk

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
This questioner from the Prophet’s city, the questioner: (F. M. A), says: If a child suckles from a woman for a full week, but this woman has no milk in her, is he considered her son or not?

Answer:
If he suckles from her, even for a long time, if there is no milk in her, he does not become her son. There must be milk in her, and there must be five sucklings, or more, where he drinks the milk and it goes into his stomach with certainty. Otherwise, just sucking the breast when there is nothing in it is of no benefit, even if it is for a month, or even a year, it is of no benefit. But there must be milk in it, and it must go into the boy’s stomach in five sucklings, or more, while the boy is within the two years before he is weaned, before the completion of the two years. He becomes her son with these conditions: that he is within the two years, that she suckles him with actual existing milk, and that it is five sucklings, or more. As for sucking without milk, it is of no benefit.
