the last part of the night, and at the end of the obligatory prayersجوف الليل الآخر، ودبر الصلوات المكتوبات
Jami` at-Tirmidhi 3499Da’if (Darussalam)

Answer:
Supplication at the end of the prayer is recommended and a sunnah, a means of drawing near to Allah before the taslim; this is the best. One should supplicate with what Allah has made easy for him before the taslim, seeking good in this world and the Hereafter. Among the best supplications before the taslim is seeking refuge in Allah from the punishment of Hell, from the punishment of the grave, from the trial of life and death, and from the trial of the Dajjal. And so one says:
O Allah, help me in remembering You, in giving You thanks, and worshipping You well.اللهم أعني على ذكرك، وشكرك، وحسن عبادتك
Sunan Abi Dawud 1522Sahih (Al-Albani)
Allahumma inni zalamtu nafsi zulman kathiran wala yaghfirudhdhunuba illa anta, Faghfirli maghfiratan min indika war-hamni, innaka antalGhafur-Rahim.اللهم إني ظلمت نفسي ظلمًا كثيرًا، ولا يغفر الذنوب إلا أنت، فاغفر لي مغفرة من عندك، وارحمني إنك أنت الغفور الرحيم
Sahih al-Bukhari 6326
"O Allah, forgive me my former and latter sins, what I have kept secret and what I have done openly, and what I have done extravagance; and what You know better than I do. You are the Advancer, the Delayer, there is no god but You."اللهم اغفر لي ما قدمت وما أخرت، وما أسررت وما أعلنت، وما أسرفت وما أنت أعلم به مني، أنت المقدم وأنت المؤخر لا إله إلا أنت
Sunan Abi Dawud 1509Sahih (Al-Albani)
Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal-bukhli, wa a'udhu bika minal-jubni, wa a'udhu bika an uradda ila ardhalil-'umuri, wa a'udhu bika min fitnatid-dunya, wa a'udhu bika min 'adhabil-qabr (O Allah, I seek refuge in You from miserliness, and I seek refuge in You from cowardice, and I seek refuge in You from reaching the age of senility, and I seek refuge in You from the trials of this world, and I seek refuge in You from the torment of the grave)اللهم إني أعوذ بك من البخل وأعوذ بك من الجبن، وأعوذ بك أن أرد إلى أرذل العمر، وأعوذ بك من فتنة الدنيا، وأعوذ بك من عذاب القبر
Sunan an-Nasa'i 5445Sahih (Darussalam)
All these supplications are authentic and established from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), and it is recommended to supplicate with them at the end of the prayer.
And the supplication
O Allah! I have wronged my soul very muchاللهم إني ظلمت نفسي ظلمًا كثيرًا
Sahih al-Bukhari 7387, 7388
is made at the end of the prayer and at all times; because when the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) was asked by al-Ṣiddiq, he said: "O Messenger of Allah! Teach me a supplication I can make in my prayer—and in one narration, in my home." He said:
Allahumma inni zalumtu nafsi zulman kathiran, Wala yaghfiru dh-dhunuba illa anta, fa ghfir li maghfiratan min `indika, wa r-hamni, innaka anta l-ghafuru r-rahim (O Allah! I have done great injustice to myself and none except You forgives sins, so bestow on me a forgiveness from You, and Have Mercy on me, You are the Forgiver, the Merciful).قل: اللهم إني ظلمت نفسي ظلمًا كثيرًا، ولا يغفر الذنوب إلا أنت، فاغفر لي مغفرة من عندك، وارحمني إنك أنت الغفور الرحيم
Sahih al-Bukhari 834
.
And this includes supplication at the end of the prayer, in prostration, and between the two prostrations; all of it falls under this. And so it is in the remaining times, in his home, on the road, in the middle of the night, and so on. Yes.

The presenter: May Allah reward you with good.
