The ruling on reciting al-Fatihah for the ma'mum and for one who catches the bowing

Question:
It says in the hadith: And in another hadith it says: Jami` at-Tirmidhi 247Sahih (Darussalam) How do you reconcile the two hadiths?
Answer:
The reconciliation between them is that one who catches the bowing has caught the rak'ah, and he is excused; because he did not catch the standing to recite. When the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was told by Abu Bakrah that he had caught the bowing, he did not order him to make up the rak'ah. This indicates that al-Fatihah is dropped from him if he catches only the bowing. Likewise, if the ma'mum forgets it, or is ignorant, it is dropped from him, and the rak'ah suffices for him. However, it is a pillar in the case of the imam and the one praying alone, and it is obligatory for them.
As for the ma'mum, it is dropped from him if he is ignorant, or forgets, or arrives while the imam is bowing. Yes.
