As for the one who accepts the advice and says that she will comply, there is no harm. Regarding sheer clothing, make it clear to them that it is not permissible to wear it alone, but if she wears it over a covering, there is nothing wrong with it. So, you must assist them in good, advise them, and prevent them from evil, even if it is only through speech and advice. For the one who does not comply, and you know that she wears short clothing or sheer clothing that does not cover on its own without a covering underneath, do not assist her in that. Do not assist her, and do not sew for her, for Allah the Exalted says: [Al-Ma'idah: 2]. It is obligatory for Muslims to cooperate in righteousness and piety, and not to cooperate in sin and aggression. So, every woman you know wears short clothing, do not sew short clothing for her. And every woman you know wears sheer clothing without a covering underneath, do not assist her in that. Advise her, teach her, and refrain from helping her. And be glad of good; Allah will compensate you with good from them, and Allah will provide you with good sustenance as compensation for the good you did, for He the Exalted says: [Al-Talaq: 2-3].

And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him of his matter ease.
وَمَنْ يَتَّقِ اللَّهَ يَجْعَلْ لَهُ مِنْ أَمْرِهِ يُسْرًاThe presenter: May Allah reward you with good.
