What is the meaning of: {So there is no indecency, no sin, and no quarreling in the Hajj}?

We return again to the message from our brother Mustafa Muhammad Kakaou Yasin from Iraq. Our brother is asking in this episode about the saying of the Truth, Blessed and Exalted is He, I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Shaytan: [Al-Furqan: 68 - 69]. Is the intent of the verse that a person commits the three major sins and then abides in the Fire forever, or is the intent that if one commits any one of these major sins, he abides in the Fire forever? For example, if one commits the crime of murder, does he abide in the Fire or not? We ask you to please provide a detailed explanation of this noble verse.
Answer: This great verse contains a warning against shirk, killing, and zina, and states that the perpetrators of these crimes are threatened with what Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He) said: [Al-Furqan: 68]. It was said that this is a valley in Hellfire, and it was said that the meaning is (a great sin), meaning a great and major sin. For this reason, He explained it by saying: [Al-Furqan: 69]. This is the recompense for one who commits these three crimes: his punishment is doubled and he is made to abide in the punishment in humiliation, not honor. These three crimes differ in rank. The crime of shirk is the greatest of crimes and the greatest of sins, and its perpetrator is made to abide in the Fire forever, never to be brought out of the Fire, as Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He) said in His great Book: [Al-Tawbah: 17]. We seek refuge in Allah. And He (Glorified and Exalted is He) said: [Al-An'am: 88]. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: : [Al-Zumar: 65]. He said regarding them: [Al-Ma'idah: 37]. And the verses on this matter are numerous.
So, if a mushrik (one who associates partners with Allah) dies upon his shirk and does not repent, he abides in the Fire, and Paradise is forbidden to him, and forgiveness is forbidden to him, by the consensus of the Muslims. Allah the Exalted said: [Al-Ma'idah: 72]. And He said, Glorified is He: [An-Nisa: 48]. Thus, He made forgiveness forbidden for the mushrik if he dies upon his shirk. As for what is less than shirk, it is suspended; what is less than shirk is under the will of Allah, Glorified and Exalted is He.
In summary: if a mushrik dies upon his shirk, he abides in the Fire forever, by the consensus of the scholars. This is like one who worships idols and seeks aid from them, or worships trees, stones, stars, the sun, the moon, or anything else, or worships the dead whom they call awliya (close friends of Allah), or worships the prophets, or worships the angels, seeking aid from them and making vows to them, asking them for support and help at their graves or far from their graves. For example, some say: "O my master so-and-so! Cure my sick one. Support, support, O my master al-Badawi. O my master Abdul Qadir. O Messenger of Allah! Support, support. Or O Husayn, or O Fatimah, or O Sayyidah Zaynab, or any other of those whom the mushrikin call upon." All of this is major shirk, and we seek refuge in Allah! If one dies upon it, he becomes one of the people of the Fire, we seek refuge in Allah, and abides in it.
As for the second crime, which is killing, and the third, which is unlawful sexual intercourse, these two crimes, unlike shirk, are sins. If the one who commits them does not consider them permissible, but knows that they are forbidden, knowing that these two crimes are forbidden sins, yet anger, desire, or something similar drives him to commit killing out of hatred and enmity or other causes, and desire and Shaytan drive him to unlawful sexual intercourse while he knows that killing without right is forbidden and that unlawful sexual intercourse is forbidden, then these two crimes necessitate the Fire and the anger of Allah , unless Allah forgives their perpetrator due to good deeds or repentance before death. If he repents, Allah forgives him. He may also be forgiven due to many good deeds he has, or through the intercession of the intercessors, or through the supplication of the Muslims for him, and so on. He may be punished in the Fire according to the sins upon which he died, and this is the case for many people; they are punished for their sins, and then Allah takes them out of the Fire by His mercy, (Glorified and Exalted is He), sometimes through the means of the intercessors, such as the intercession of our Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), the intercession of the angels, and the intercession of the righteous and the believers. A person may be taken out of the Fire through the intercession of these people after he has spent in it the amount of punishment that Allah has decreed for him.
And there remain in the Fire groups of the people of tawhid (the oneness of Allah) whom the intercession of people does not reach, and Allah, Glorified and Exalted is He, takes them out by His mercy, Exalted and Majestic is He. This is because they died upon tawhid and faith, but they had evil deeds and sins that caused them to enter the Fire. When they are purified from them and the duration that Allah has written for them has passed, they are taken out of the Fire as a mercy from Allah, Mighty and Majestic. They are thrown into a river called the River of Life, one of the rivers of Paradise. They grow in it as a seed grows from the flood's deposit. When their creation is complete, Allah admits them into Paradise. By this, it is known that the sinner, like the murderer and the one who commits zina, does not abide in the Fire with the abiding of the disbelievers, but with a specific abiding that is not the abiding of the disbelievers. He said, Glorified is He: [Al-Furqan: 69]. This is a varied and different abiding. The abiding of the mushrik is a permanent abiding from which they have no escape and no exit, as He said, Exalted and Majestic is He: [Al-Baqarah: 167]. This is in Surat al-Baqarah.
And He said, Glorified is He: [Al-Ma'idah: 37]. This is in Surat al-Ma'idah. So the Lord, Mighty and Majestic, made it clear to us that they do not come out of the Fire, meaning the disbelievers. As for the sinners, they come out when the duration that Allah has written for them is completed. They come out of the Fire either by the intercession of the intercessors or simply by His mercy, Glorified and Exalted is He, meaning the mercy of Allah, Exalted and Majestic is He, without the intercession of anyone. If the remnants of the people of tawhid are in the Fire, Allah takes them out without the intercession of anyone, but by His mercy, Glorified and Exalted is He. So no one remains in the Fire except its inhabitants, who are the disbelievers. It is closed upon them, and no one comes out of them after that. We ask Allah for safety. The presence of sinners in the Fire for a long time is called "abiding." Among the Arabs, a long stay is called "abiding," as in the saying of some poets:
They stayed and abided...
Meaning: they lengthened their stay. So the one who stays a long time is called one who abides. It is said: "He abided in the place," meaning he lengthened his stay there. So the one who commits zina and the murderer have a longer stay than the other sinners. Murder is uglier and worse than zina, and zina is one of the greatest crimes because of the corruption it brings to the earth. So they are two great crimes, and their perpetrators experience abiding in the Fire, an abiding befitting them according to their sins. So it is an abiding that has an end. And so is the abiding of the one who kills himself; he abides in the Fire, but it is an abiding that has an end, unlike the abiding of the disbeliever, which has no end. As for the sinner, whether the one who commits zina, the one who kills himself, or the one who kills another, their stay in the Fire is long and much, but they come out by the permission of Allah and His will, Glorified and Exalted is He, after the duration that Allah has written for them has passed. They differ among themselves, some staying longer than others according to the multitude of their sins and their negligence regarding the command of Allah and their disregard for His right. According to this, the stay is such that it does not continue, but has an end. So it is an abiding that has an end. Yes.

(68) And those who do not invoke with Allah another deity or kill the soul which Allah has forbidden [to be killed], except by right, and do not commit unlawful sexual intercourse. And whoever should do that will meet a penalty. (69) Multiplied for him is the punishment on the Day of Resurrection, and he will abide therein humiliated -
Answer: This great verse contains a warning against shirk, killing, and zina, and states that the perpetrators of these crimes are threatened with what Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He) said:

يُضَاعَفْ لَهُُ الْعَذَابُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَيَخْلُدْ فِيهِ مُهَانًاIt is not for the polytheists to maintain the mosques of Allah [while] witnessing against themselves with disbelief. [For] those, their deeds have become worthless, and in the Fire they will abide eternally.
But if they had associated others with Allah, then worthless for them would be whatever they were doing.
