If you enter the mosque after the 'Asr prayer, should you pray the greeting of the mosque, or is it a time of disapproval?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : If you enter the mosque after 'Asr, should you pray the greeting of the mosque, or is it a time of disapproval?

The Shaykh : Yes, if you enter the mosque after the 'Asr prayer, pray the greeting of the mosque, based on the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him and his family):
If anyone of you enters a Mosque, he should not sit until he has offered a tworak` at prayer. إذا دخل أحدكم المسجد فلا يجلس حتى يصلي ركعتين
Sahih al-Bukhari 1167
, and this is general for every time.
Then, I give the questioner and the listener a correct rule that the texts have attested to be correct, which is: every voluntary prayer that has a cause is not prohibited, such as the greeting of the mosque, the sunnah of wudu', and the eclipse prayer, if the sun were to eclipse after 'Asr, and the like of that.
So the rule is that every voluntary prayer that has a cause is not prohibited, and by this the evidence agrees, and it is the stronger position, and it is the madhhab of al-Shafi'i (may Allah have mercy on him), and a narration from Ahmad ibn Hanbal (may Allah have mercy on him).
