Q2: Is it permissible to purchase some necessities after the farewell tawaf, and if someone purchases after the tawaf, is there anything required of him?
A2 : It is obligatory that the farewell tawaf be the last of the pilgrim’s acts of Hajj, and he should leave Makkah after it. However, if he remains for a short time to wait for his companions, to load his luggage, or to purchase some of his needs, there is no blame on him. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
