The first question of Fatwa (14467)
Q1: A woman had her menstruation in the month of Ramadan, then she made up the days of menstruation, and fasted the remaining days that were due on her after Ramadan, then her husband had intercourse with her during the day of her fast , so does she owe anything if she was coerced or not coerced?
A1: It is obligatory for the woman who broke her fast by having intercourse on one of the days of making up what was due on her from Ramadan to fast one day in place of that day which she invalidated by intercourse, and she must repent because it is not permissible for her to break the fast. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
