Delaying the time due to handling incidents

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q10: What is the latest time to which the 'Isha' and Fajr prayers can be delayed during incidents?
A10: The 'Isha' prayer has two times: a voluntary time that ends at the middle of the night, based on the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) in the hadith of 'Abdullah ibn 'Amr (may Allah be pleased with them both) regarding the times of prayer:
When you pray 'Isha, its time is until half of the night has passed.فإذا صليتم العشاء فإنه وقت إلى نصف الليل
Sahih Muslim 612a
It was narrated by Muslim . And a time of necessity that ends at the appearance of the dawn, based on the hadith of Abu Qatadah (may Allah be pleased with him), in which it says:
The (cognizable) emission is that one should not say prayer (intentionally) till the time of the other prayer comes.وإنما التفريط على من لم يصل الصلاة حتى يجيء وقت الصلاة الأخرى
Sahih Muslim 681
. It was narrated by Muslim . As for the Fajr prayer, its time ends at the rising of the sun, based on the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) in
the hadith of 'Abdullah ibn 'Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) regarding the times of prayer:
When you pray Fajr, its time is until the first part of the sun appears.إذا صليتم الفجر فإنه وقت إلى أن يطلع قرن الشمس الأول
Sahih Muslim 612a
. It was narrated by Muslim .

Q25: I handled an incident from three o'clock before 'Asr until eight o'clock after 'Isha', so I prayed 'Asr a little before the sunset . Is it permissible for me to combine 'Asr and Maghrib out of necessity, especially since I am the team leader and in constant contact with the radio device?
Volume 25: Your action is valid; because you prayed 'Asr at the end of its time, and as for combining 'Asr with Maghrib, it is not permissible, rather you pray 'Asr in its time, and in case of an excuse you combine Maghrib with 'Isha' by delaying it.
