Ihram with clothing designed in the shape of trousers that has no stitching

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Praise be to Allah alone, and may prayers and peace be upon the one after whom there is no prophet, and upon his family and companions. After that: The Permanent Committee for Scholarly Research and Ifta has reviewed
what was sent to His Eminence the Grand Mufti from the honorable Shaykh: Muhammad ibn Fahd al-Farikh, the judge at the Ministry of Justice, and referred to the Committee by the General Secretariat of the Council of Senior Scholars with number (443) and date 16/3/1429 AH. The questioner asked a question, the text of which is as follows: Your Eminence: I have seen a product called ( Protective Medical Clothing for the Pilgrim and the One Performing Umrah ), and it is written on it that it is religiously permissible, and they mean a fatwa from Your Eminence, and that there is no objection to using it when necessary, and they did not mention any other criterion for necessity, and that the one who uses it must pay the expiation, and they even took out a patent for it, which made people compete to obtain it. I have attached a sample of it to this letter so that you may look at it and ascertain the truth in that matter, knowing that they called it unstitched, and there is no doubt that it is stitched.

After the Committee studied the inquiry, it answered that this undergarment is stitched, and it is forbidden for a male in ihram to wear it while in the state of ihram. If there is harm that compels a male in ihram to use it, there is no objection, with the expiation, which is: fasting for three days, or feeding six poor people, half a sa' for each poor person, or slaughtering a sheep that is acceptable for the 'Id sacrifice; for Allah the Exalted said:
And whoever among you is ill or has an ailment of the head [making shaving necessary must offer] a ransom of fasting [three days] or charity or sacrificeفَمَنْ كَانَ مِنْكُمْ مَرِيضًا أَوْ بِهِ أَذًى مِنْ رَأْسِهِ فَفِدْيَةٌ مِنْ صِيَامٍ أَوْ صَدَقَةٍ أَوْ نُسُكٍ
[Al-Baqarah 2:196]
,
and for what came in the hadith of Ka'b ibn Ujrah (may Allah be pleased with him), who said:
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) passed by me during the time of Hudaybiyyah, and lice were falling on my face. He said: "Do the insects on your head bother you?" I said: "Yes." He said: "Then shave your head and fast for three days, or feed six poor people, or sacrifice a sheep."
