A patient with rheumatism performs ghusl when he is at home and tayammum when he is outside

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The third question of the fatwa numbered ( 17628 )
Q 3: I have a friend who suffers from rheumatism; therefore, the prayer he performs in his home, he performs wudu with hot water, whereas the prayer he performs at work, he performs tayammum for it ; because hot water is not available. Is his prayer valid?
A 3 : It is not permissible for your friend to perform the prayer with tayammum in the situation described; because he is in the town and he is able to obtain hot water by returning to his home or otherwise. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
