Reciting the Qur'an is better than listening to it

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of Fatwa number ( 17775 )
Q 2: I, praise be to Allah, recite the Qur'an daily, and when I have free time, I like to listen to verses of the Qur'an from other shaykhs who are close to my heart. Do I receive reward for this listening, and does the one who recites or listens to the Qur'an without understanding receive reward , and what are the types of reciting the Qur'an with examples?
A 2 : Reciting the Qur'an and listening to it are both prescribed, and there is reward in them, but recitation is better than listening, and recitation with reflection and understanding is better than recitation without reflection or understanding. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
