The first question of Fatwa number ( 20174 )
Q1: What is the ruling on one who wants to repent, but his parents have died while he was undutiful to them ?
A1: He must repent to Allah for his undutifulness to his parents, and he should be kind to his deceased parents by making supplication for them, giving charity on their behalf, and performing Hajj and 'Umrah on behalf of each of them, provided that he has already performed Hajj for himself. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
