Marriage to the daughter of one's paternal uncle who was raised with him

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa number ( 2068 )
Q: I have a cousin (daughter of my paternal uncle) whose father and mother passed away when she was young. My father took her in and she grew up with us in our father's house until she reached puberty. I proposed to my father to marry her, but he refused until I consulted your eminence: Is it permissible for me to marry her? As for breastfeeding, there was absolutely no breastfeeding between us.

A: If the matter is as you described, it is permissible for you to marry her, and her growing up in your father's house does not prevent your marriage to her. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
