Q: A man married a man’s daughter. Is it also permissible for him to marry the daughter of
this man’s sister, whose daughter is still his wife, or not?
A: It is permissible for a man to marry a woman and her paternal cousin together, and there is no blame in that. What is forbidden is to marry a woman and her paternal aunt or maternal aunt together. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
