Can a woman's guardian marry her to his son?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa number ( 5578 )
Q: I married a woman and she bore me two sons, then the wife died. Then I married my cousin's daughter after her husband died, and she had a daughter from him, so I became her guardian. Is it permissible for my son to marry this girl or not? Since there was no breastfeeding between them.
A: If the situation is as described, it is permissible for your son to marry this girl. Your guardianship over her or your raising her has no effect on his marriage to her. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
